Environmental Scan

In June 2011, the Knowledge Translation (KT) Core completed a report entitled "Taking the measure of knowledge translation capacity within NeuroDevNet: A baseline environmental scan". This report combines both the results of an online survey completed by 38 NeuroDevNet members as well as 14 in-depth interviews. These provided a rich source of information to assist the KT Core in determining members' desired KT skills, prioritizing strategies for future activities, and identifying services and capacity building needs. Results of the environmental scan are now enabling the KT Core to develop a catalogue of services, to plan workshops, webinars, and targeted skill development activities for its members, as well as to develop strategic plans for KT over the life of the network.
