Partnership: NeuroDevNet's 2013-14 Annual Report now published online

NeuroDevNet is pleased to announce that our 2013-14 Annual Report is now available online. The Report can be downloaded as a PDF version here or read on Issuu.

Highlights from this year’s report include:

  • $1M in support obtained by Drs. Lonnie Zwaigenbaum and Stephen Scherer (Autism Spectrum Disorder Project co-lead investigators) to set up a biorepository through a partnership between the Simons Foundation and Autism Speaks (US)
  • Gathering of researchers and cerebral palsy (CP) organizations across Canada on World CP Day
  • Partnerships with the community to create “Jacob’s Story,” a play about a boy with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD)
  • Jooay – new technology that allows users to find adapted leisure opportunities closer to home – on the web or via a smartphone
  • Highlights from workshops that our service cores created including a Social Media Workshop and Ethics in Transition in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Workshop
  • Experiences and reflections of NeuroDevNet fellows and trainees
