Graduate Student/Post-doctoral Fellow in Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy

The Department of Radiology at the University of Calgary is accepting applications for a graduate student or post-doctoral fellow to work with Dr. Ashley Harris in the area of Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy. Applicants should be interested in methods development and applications of MRI/MRS to study the human brain.

Dr. Harris is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology and a member of both the Hotchkiss Brain Institute and the Alberta Children’s Hospital Research Institute at the University of Calgary. The candidate will work with Dr. Harris on applying MR imaging to study pain. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple MR modalities but graduate students interested in a thesis project are invited to apply. Applicants should have a background in engineering, biomedical sciences, psychology, neurosciences, biophysics or relevant discipline.
